Hematologic manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune disease. The most common hematologic finding is anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome with recurrent abortion and thrombosis.
